Saikat Basu is the Principal Project Consultant of Mott MacDonald's Global Delivery Services and is responsible for carrying out the Digital and Operations. This includes working with the leads of various regions to drive the digital delivery of projects across those regions. He is also responsible for on various aspects of innovation and creating a culture of inclusiveness. Saikat has 12 years of overall experience in Highways and Transportation as well as the Project Management sector. He has vast experience working with clients across the globe. He aims to bring in the experience and develop teams that perform at their utmost potential.He is PFQ certified from the Association of Project Management (APM), UK. Along with this he is also a Construction Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Specialist and a Construction Product Life Cycle Assessment Specialist from OneClick LCA.
