Responsibilities:• Identifying the right candidates by searching jobsites, internal database and referrals. • Work on different technical requirements of company' major clients. • Sourcing, Submissions, Negotiate salaries, scheduling interviews, extend offers, explain benefits, etc. • Setup web-recruiting strategy, selected web search tools (Monster, Dice, Hot jobs etc.) • Constantly building pipeline and updating internal database. • Post Placement Candidate Relationship Management such as serving as first point of contact and counseling of candidates between projects • Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract with hire and permanent positions. • Get requirements from US IT staffing companies within all the locations across USA. • Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies. • Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates • Dealing with consultants on H1Bs, GCs and US CITIZENs, etc. • Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire basis. • Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories. • Coordinating, Scheduling & Conducting Interviews. • Keeping Track of Responses & Short listing Profiles.
