Allocate work to team members and ensure delivery with zero defects. Prepare Project Planner, Weekly Status, Issue Tracker and Load Tracker and presentation to Clients and Management. Fresher’s training conducted in both DSP and SQL. Extensive project development activities included Designing, Mapping, Coding, Testing and Reviews. Setting up the Migration Design in DSP (Wave, Process Area, Object and Target). Prepare field and value mapping templates for the objects and publish to SMEs / Process Owners. Scheduling Mapping workshop with Key business users, Legacy IT Team and Functional person. Analyze the scoping and getting business sign off for all objects. Ensure that team members complete DSP development activity based on Mapping Instructions. Helping team members in developing complex logic obtained from business for Data Transformation. Established Scorecard processes to facilitate better execution of project and presenting to business users on weekly basis. Review Load files prepared by team members and ensure that all business comments are updated in the file. Worked closely with the Onsite/Functional Team to discuss various ideas/solutions, issues and timelines. Encouraged the identification and implementation of innovative ideas to yield cost/effort savings. Participated in requirement gathering through various meetings and interactions with the Team and onsite as required.

This project involves in migrating data from its Legacy system to SAP system. We are using Back office Associate’s Cransoft tool to transform the legacy data to SAP ready format. Migration of legacy system to SAP using BackOffice Cransoft toolset (Data Garage, Data Dialysis, DSW, Cranport, EZMap, DCS). Creating a Dashboard/Scorecard to provide visibility in current standing of project mapping and development.

The system is a multi-user system providing graphical user interface (GUI) with transactional protection for all updates to the system. All system events will be logged and an audit trail of user maintenance will be available.

Clio is a system supporting the PAR&D process in Charnwood and Lund. The system is intended to hold information about samples, tests and results processed at Analytical Development and Product Development. In addition to the testing of products in different stages of development, this includes testing of equipment, method development and other types of less conventional samples and tests. CLIO is GXP compliance application.Stability studies are also managed by the system where study designs are recorded, including batches, start/finish dates, storage conditions, time points and methods. The system logs samples and tasks automatically based on the relevant study dates.
