I have worked as a secondary teacher in both the UK and UAE, I have 17 years of experience teaching IGCSE, GCSE sciences and A-Level Biology. In addition, I have been trained to teach IB, MYP and Diploma programmes. During my career, I have developed the ability to inspire and lead young people and colleagues, while maintaining a focus on improving school performance. I completed my MA in Educational Leadership and Management in 2018. I am sustainability leader in the secondary school for over a year, I introduced the sustainability curriculum which is project based learning for year 7-9 leading to a competition. I led many sustainability initiatives in the school and attended courses to further my learning about sustainability.
