At PMP Recruitment I had the role of conducting screening questions for particular roles over the phone for applicants.Ensuring I maintained a professional manner at all times. When handling calls I would have to answer any queries the candidates may have. I would also have to deal with any issues candidates were having in regards to the applications.- Improved my telephone manner as I would always be making or receiving a call.
