At Kearney, I co-ordinate with an eight-person team in developing a machine learning model that predicts semiconductor process node size, die area, foundry name, and location, using agile methodology and external partnerships. At Documenting Hope, I am co-ordinating with an eight-person team in assessing the viability of "Healing Together" as a membership site for parents, incorporating freemium and premium features, tailoring strategies for the pediatric/developmental health focus, and creating a compelling investor pitch deck and a comprehensive marketing plan.
