Co-ordinate with the contractor to get the approval for the baseline schedule.For ongoing projects, update the approved schedule every month using the progress report received from site, site walk along with Contractor to confirm the progress percentage reported, generate the progress schedule with slippages comparing with approved baseline schedule, prepare mitigation programs to rectify delays, generate invoice based on the approved progress. Co-ordinate with Contractors Project Control Department and Sub-Contractors Project Team to identify project requirements, including materials, equipment and labour. Ensure that these requirements are reflected in the mitigation programs. Maintaining records of progress monitoring in order to support the Project Manager to evaluate claims and variations as considered necessary. Providing support to the Project Manager in understanding the Program Risks and Opportunities of potential additional works and variation proposals. Co-ordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that project plans are integrated with other organizational functions. Responsible to Comply/adhere to all HSE rules and warning signs for Construction Zones.

Khazzan, Oman

I have been assigned to BP Khazzan Gathering Wells and Export System (GWES) infrastructure project worth US$ 124 Million which consists of the construction of accommodation facilities, including an operational base, a residential complex for 250 personnel and other infrastructure buildings in the Khazzan Gas Field, approximately 350 KM of south west of Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.I am responsible for the completion of the project within budget and on time. Provide project performance data, project schedules and reports in a concise, timely manner as required by the project teams, senior managers and the client. Identify project risks, deviations slippages and report to the Project Construction Team with solution. Analyses current and future workloads to ensure planning responsibilities and commitments can be achieved. Maintain and update the project schedule in Primavera P6 V15.1 involving the junior planners in order to achieve strong analytical skills to interpret data for reports. Ensure data integrity is maintained through the life cycle of the programme. Provide EVM across the programme, using EVA tools and methodologies. Assigns works to the juniors and ensures appropriate training is provided. Prioritize and allocate workload, checking achievements and providing constructive feedback, leadership and management. Update progress in P3 (Level III & Level IV). Prepare 3 Month, 3 Weeks Look-Ahead Schedules and monitor the productivity. Take progress photos and prepare the reports in PDF format (Acrobat).

Oman

Oman LNG Plant - SurAssist Chiyoda-Yokohama Project Control Team for finalizing Level III schedule for the submission to the client. At site, combined the Sub-Contractor’s schedule to prepare Level IV working schedule. Responsible for preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports. Monitoring productivity, slippage of activities and reporting to the Controls Manager.

Uae

Doing Labour Costing, preparing weekly and monthly reports. Apart from the planning works, I developed a user friendly multi-user software to control and monitor the documental transmittals using MS Access. With this software it’s very easy to get information about the MAR, Method Statement, RFI and all other correspondence with the sub-contractor as well as with the clients.

Kuwait

One of the key planners of the Project Control Team and responsible for Planning and Scheduling for the Ethylene Glycol Plant construction project being executed for EQUATE at Al Shuaiba, Kuwait. Activities included are planning and scheduling through Primavera, Construction Progress Analysis and reporting through detailed study of quantities and man-hours spent, Piping Material Control, Interface with sub-contractors, Group Discussions and Weekly Meetings for Project Planning, Prepare programs in MS Access (eg. Hydro testing, Welding Progress, Material Requirements/Arrival Dates), prepare all kinds of graphs and schedules for bidding purpose, prepare presentation/slides for the new project using PowerPoint, receive/send data’s through AS400 to Italy and Kuwait, participate and analyze feasibility studies, prepare all kinds of conferencing through internet, administrating the flow of data’s, troubleshooting hardware & software problems, evaluating & implementing software packages.

Saudi Arabia
