PCC is the apex body to various PWA department’s in providing technical support to all Ashghal’s programmes and projects in respect of change management, resolving commercial and contractual disputes, forensic delay analysis, assessment and recommendation of Extensions to the Time for Completion and Disruption Claim awards. All recommendations from various project management consultant’s / supervision consultants to respective PWA departments / projects are finally reviewed by PCC. Multilevel parking is located in a parking garage to the rear of the “ships stern” or back of the building.• Responsibility included Project Planning & Scheduling, Review of Payment Applications, Progress reports, Follow-up critical material procurement by the contractor, and Progress follow-ups, preparing and updating risk register.• Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client, a suitable work breakdown structure for the project and baseline programme.• Evaluating Contractor’s Extension of Time claims and recommend to client.
