Track and tracing of import shipments and interacting with gateway offices, shipping lines, co-loaders and origin offices,• Interacting and direct corresponding with global network offices for any import related matter of documentation, invoices or operational.• In touch with shipping lines for operational matters.• Handling custom amendment matters..• Receive documents from overseas agents and preparing custom IGM (Import General Manifest)• Input Data in import general profile (local cargo information system for local charges and customer service purpose)• Attending Customer calls and provide them relavent information about shipments• Follow-up at every stage with shipping line, freight forwarders & origin offices• Update to consignee for shipment arrival.• Taking queries and updating customers about the shipments statuses.• Daily brief the operation report to immediate supervisor.• Updating customers, co-loaders and origin offices by sending e-notice, sms alert and arrival notices.• Updating origin and gateway offices regarding de-stuffing reports.• Have dealt short and excess landing matters• Ensure all inbound units are timely de-stuff and for that interacting with terminals, logistics and warehousing teams.

Dealing with Online Customers.• Maintained invoices and orders received from customers and sending them acknowledgment.• Send and receive of claim equipments according to company policies.• Interact with lab executive about technical faults.
