Develop and maintain global AML framework, policies and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements.Develop and ensure periodic review of Bank ‘s AML/CTF framework, policies and procedures and update in line with global regulatory requirements. Conducting comprehensive training session on TBML / AML CFT.Reviewing and updating E-KYC, AML / TBML for both normal customers and trade customers of the bank. Ensure process improvement / new product / system development are in line with local & global regulatory, framework. Maintain good relationship with the operating countries local regulators.Manage and drive staff productivity and performance improvements. Draft policies and procedures to manage the compliance function.
