Project coordination with various departments and sub-contractors Review the documents like shop drawing, material submission & other technical submissions from different sub-contractors and ensure quality of the documents before onward submission to consultant. Taking quantity off the approved shop drawings and selecting the specific materials Keeping track of the materials required and procuring the required material Coordinate with planning department and site engineers for the progress of the projectPreparing method statements & Inspection plans. Visiting site frequently and providing technical support for the installation teams. Assisting the design department Resolving issues with on-site construction and projecting the changes in the shop drawings Coordinate with consultants regarding technical issues, submitted documents and comments received. Provide weekly schedule updates and reports to the managers for the meetings. Attend technical meetings with subcontractors & consultants Ensure all submissions are submitted in timely manner, appropriate approval/rejection are obtained and formally recorded. Track the progress and follow up of the drawing, material and other technical submissions from different sub-contractors. Review of testing & commissioning procedures and preparation of test forms Witnessing various tests at site.
