Current Preparing, updating and Finalization of accounts according to IFRS Liaise and co-ordinate with auditors for year-end audit Control of LC, LG etc and manage within facility limit Providing operational support to Accounts & Finance Manager in implementing policies and procedures Maintaining the ledger scrutiny, receivable account & payable accounts. Reconciliation of control accounts and sorting out the discrepancies Overall management of suppliers’ and subcontractors accounts. Ensure that payment is done properly and proper accounting of the supplier Invoices, Debit & Credit notes as wellFinancial Controls Implementing financial results forecasting system for providing accurate future results projections and budgeting system ensuring timely compilation and presentation of Budgets. Monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in the most cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand. Excellent relationship management & skills in liaison with Banks, Auditors, suppliers and customers Instituting internal control systems viz. Receivables, Payables, Inventory as well as keeping a constant vigil over overhead expensesFund Management/ Budgeting Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions. Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements. Managing treasury function involving optimum utilisation of surplus funds in profitable investments to achieve higher returns, ensuring minimum liquidity position. Monitoring inflow/outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives
