Provide accurate and timely chemical analysis according to the establish techniques for high quality and reliability results. Interpreted data and reported scientific results via STAR LIMS. Testing stability samples by following the testing calendar, protocols and specified methods. Documenting all stability work as per SOP’s. Preparation of SOP’s for sampling methods, testing, equipment handling by adhering ISO 17025 protocols. Ensuring all working copies of documents are stored appropriately and that no unauthorised changes to the document are made after validation Testing and reporting of Proficiency Test (PT) samples. Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance for tools and instruments. Preparations of Quality Control Standards and reagents. Notifying the manager about the required chemical reagents, materials, tools and provision of their economical and efficient consumption. Perform technical evaluation for the purchase of new instruments as assigned by immediate supervisor. Developed and maintained an organised record keeping system and prepared meticulous lab reports. Perform routine work Complies with all company and regulatory HS&E and quality and IT standards and policies. Performs risk analysis and identifies an addresses potential safety hazards. Corrects and report hazards immediately to supervisor.
