• 8+ years of experience in Installation , commissioning and maintenanace of PLC controlled computer neumerical controll systems (CNC system ) such as Ficep make angle drilling machines , angle drilling machines, beam drilling machines, plate processing machines.• Sound knowledge of Electrical , hydraulics , pneumatics and mechanical assembly of machines.• Analyse and trouble shoot Mechanical , electrical and hydrulics circuit.• Trouble shooting and repairing of Computer neumerical controll system issues such as software , electrical,mechanical components related issues.• Trouble shooting of problem related to Vertical machining centers machine (VMC machine ) and Horizontal machining centers machine masuch as BFW,ACE ,MAZAK ,DMG make machineries.• Expreriance in utilities maintenance• Time Management and ability to work under pressure situation.• Effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.• Good coordination with production department people to achieve the company goal• Responsibility in making documentation and shift in charge activities.• Managing the manpower for day-to-day activity.
