This was much required as we were positioning ourselves as a new age banker. Brought down FTNR ratio of new acquisitions to less than 5 % from a level of 22% Ranked as PAN India first in Gold Loan operations in Dhanlaxmi, Cheruthuruthy Branch with 60-70 disbursements per day in addition to the routine branch operational activities.
