* Continual upgrading of the computerized inventory program and reporting functions.* Maintain all store rooms aboard the rig.* Maintain inventory control of all stores and material received aboard.* Issue stores as required.* Receive stores and material aboard, record and stow in accordance with Company policy.* Review all incoming manifests and shipping documents and check against cargo received.* Prepare manifests for departing supply vessels and helicopters. Review and sign off on all outgoing manifests and equipment departing.* Prepare material requisitions as required by departmental heads* Monitors and reports on daily inventory issues and costs* Tracks and maintains compliance with monthly R&M budgets* Responsible for cyclical counts on inventory.* Maintain security over all stores and store rooms reporting discrepancies to superior.* Perform other assignment as may be required
