 Analyze the demand from the customer and generate RFQs based on it. Negotiate with customer on the lead time, cost & quality. Use Microsoft Navision(ERP) for PO creation, past PO details, inventory details and other related data. To plan for complete Procurement Risk management at the company level. Maintain a good supplier and customer relationship. Perform frequent reviews for inventory control and MRB execution. Ensure commercial, legal contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions. Carry out Quality control for the supplier goods, and revert to them in case of defects or issues. Ensure transparency for Return & Exchange policy along with the Payment Norms with the supplier

Job Title: Procurement Engineer, SCM: Supply Chain Management (SCM) is responsible for ensuring materials supply equals demand, optimizing overall cost of Purchasing, implementation of purchasing policies and strategies. It involves with various departments like Design, NPI, Production, delivery, after sales.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Actively worked with the SCM Team, starting from tender creation stage till its execution2. Once tender has been finalized, ensure all purchase orders are placed in “real” time with pricing and terms & conditions that are negotiated and agreed to by SFO Commodity Team.3. Use ERPs for PO creation, getting inventory details, earlier PO details, and other related data.4. Monitor, track, and provide feedback on suppliers’ overall cost, delivery, and quality performance.5. Establish and continuously improve the supplier and internal communication and relationship.6. Continuously monitor the materials in stock along with forecasting and understanding the customer material liability agreements and also ensuring quick material action as per the production schedule.7. Execute MRP Action in the real time basis and maintain proper feedback system between supplier and SFO operation, also highlight to the management the improvements in various performance metrics like - MRP Action / Risk to the MPS, Downtime, Inventory, Obsolete Materials, High Stocks, PPV, and Non Conformance Material Inventory/Aging.
