Heading the department of Human Resources of an institution more focused on Oncology Care. Being a fairly new institution and that too being part of a Co-op. Society was an experience in itself. The challenge was implementing the systems learnt from earlier institutions that had been so fruitful and efficient.

Heading the HR Department at Starcare Hospital, Kozhikode. With change in my post the power has increased which also hieghtens the responsibilities that I am to face. It's just another beginning and I can see my new colleagues making me comfortable. We are sure we together can bring Starcare to the next level. May God help us.

Heading the unit as Sr. Manager - HR, involving myself not only I all the HR activities but in a host of management decision making where my suggestions seemed to be duly valued. I was well supported by our Group Corporate Office in Trivandrum. Ended my term with a host of changes in the unit which was mandatory, giving me a feel of achieving what the Chairman had expected of me. I am pleased to leave it with post the implementation of the new HRMS being active atleast to run the payroll. Will surely miss my HR Team who had given me their best.

A long stint, the longest in my career. Being in the hospital was like being in another home, with all the problems similar to the one at home. My HR team had supported me quite well and few of them did stand out be excellent companions. Had the opportunity to be part of all the employee engagement programmes and others too. Played good role during the initial days being part of the quality team, which after about 3 years saw the emergence of a full fledged quality team.
