Hello! I am a recent graduate from Wageningen University with MSc in Food Biotechnology and working as a researcher at DAIZ Engineering, a plant-based food startup in Japan.I am passionate about all things food related, with a particular interest in the development of tasty plant-based protein food products. My areas of expertise are food structuring, food physics, and food process engineering. I aspire to conduct studies focused on enhancing the sensory perception of meat analogues, particularly through understanding of the structuring mechanisms, structure-property relationships, and/or optimization of processing methods.My goal is to develop delicious and sustainable food products such as plant-based Wagyu beef using new technologies and bring happiness to the future tables :)
