Given the significant relevance of Polity and the Constitution in both the Prelims and Mains stages of the UPSC exam, my approach emphasizes storytelling to make the subject engaging and to foster curiosity among students.

Overseeing Transcend: Interview Guidance Programme for UPSC CSE Interviews. In the previous year, Transcend welcomed noteworthy rankers to the institute, including AIR 3, 4, 16, 22, 48, 49, and over 200 IAS/IPS/IFS/IRS rankers. In my role, I mentor rankers in their last leg of UPSC exams through personalized one-on-one sessions. Additionally, I am responsible for coordinating and conducting panel mock interviews, which feature senior IAS officers and seasoned bureaucrats.

In this position, I ventured into YouTube, creating content that catered to both academic and infotainment needs of IAS aspirants. I conducted several strategy-focused webinars and numerous interviews, both online and offline, featuring both young selected officers and senior bureaucrats. Additionally, I led outreach operations, primarily focusing on seminars. I organized seminars conducted by various rankers at multiple Delhi University colleges and in cities like Patna and Gaya. Furthermore, I extended the outreach to emerging colleges such as LPU in Punjab and others.
