Senior Strategic Hr Business Partner
Current• Responsible for design and implementation of HR policies, strategies and relevant programs initiatives for all business verticals- Enalytix, Footfall Count and GFK Retail.• Monitoring TAT, being responsible for developing recruitment partners and accelerating hiring efficiencies to meet business deliverables.• Standardization of HR processes, integration of HR systems and data to enforce a level of consistency, transparency and efficiency to certain practices.• Ascertaining and ensuring alignment of hired employees towards organization goals via setting goals, conducting trainings, coaching and counselling sessions. • Overseeing the performance management system, goals setting and executing quarterly and yearly performance reviews.• Formulating and executing solutions on all decisions pertaining to HR in line with business requirements.• Elevate employee experience via engagement programs : Trainings, Townhalls, Team Connects, Offsites, rewards and recognition programs.• Responsible for measuring ESAT scores, gauge staff engagement and satisfaction levels and drive HR initiatives and programs around them.• Ensuring statutory compliance of all relevant and associated processes pertaining to HR administration for ensuring streamlined workflows across the organization. • Managing external associates involving selection, formulating and execution of underlying agreements and subsequent association with organization.
