Current Designed and developed Learning and development initiatives as per the Learning and Engagement Calendar (Communication skills, Time Management, art of giving feedback, Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act, Mentoring, Coaching etc.) Driving Engagement Survey (eNPS) results and actions /initiatives across AMEA region Designed and implemented a Coaching/Mentoring Program for Research teams and customized it to the needs of various teams. Driving Engagement initiatives (Conceptualized the framework for the Steering Council to bridge the gap between the Management and Employees) Played a pivotal role in developing a comprehensive Onboarding journey for freshers/campus hires accelerating the transition into new roles. Spearheaded an Annual event and took the role of the Anchor to orchestrate the entire program. Implemented Reward and Recognition program, overseeing budgets and execution, also implemented strategic initiatives tailored to the Organisation's needs and objectives. Driving a performance-driven culture, played a pivotal role in empowering Managers to conduct impactful conversations mastering the art of delivering constructive feedback. Leveraging my expertise in HR practices have crafted strategic presentations, recommending HR initiatives in alignment with Organizational objectives.
