CurrentEthical Trade Coordinator Service supports Buyers and Buyers/Suppliers to manage their supply chain processes and increase supply chain transparency. The service provides you with a dedicated Sedex resource to directly assist you with stakeholder engagement, audit support and analysis, helping you to identify and manage risks within your value chain.Responsibilities:➢ Conducted compliance and risk assessment project for Coty Cosmetics and Nomad Foods. ➢ Manage on-boarding of new enterprise clients and prepare necessary project related materials, instructions and documentations. ➢ Conducting customers supply chain risk assessment and plan steps to make them compliant ➢ Develop reports to improve supply chain visibility and create clear department KPI’s ➢ Manage the Ethical Assistant to maintain and update supplier ethical information and records ➢ Leading audit program, contacting suppliers to conduct ethical audits, checking their validity and categorizing them based on their non-compliance ensuring audit dates are logged and non- compliant suppliers are clearly communicated to close the gaps ➢ Contacting suppliers to encourage closure of NCs and updating their SAQ in line with customer requirements ➢ Contacting Project based suppliers to gather information to support completion of the project. ➢ Support the relationship with Sedex account manager and Sedex teams (data projects, supplier onboarding) to ensure delivery of services on time to customer ➢ Liaising with other departments to create awareness of areas of improvement required within systems and processes, identifying bugs and system errors and raising them with Product Development team ➢ Quality control and comply with the Company’s policies, Management Plans and Procedures
