As a seasoned basketball coach, I have directed and developed successful strategies for both individual players and teams of all ages. My responsibilities included organizing, recruiting, and evaluating student-athletes, as well as improving their offensive and defensive skills through rigorous training.I am proud to have prepared and implemented game strategies and basketball analytics that helped my teams achieve significant success. Among my accomplishments, I led my Under 19 team to a third-place finish in the All Island C Division Basketball Tournament in 2015, and in 2018, we advanced to the B Division for the first time in school history. Additionally, I created a competitive squad for all age groups to participate in the All Island Schools Basketball Tournament and various other tournaments.As a coach, I placed great emphasis on maintaining proper and appropriate discipline among parents and athletes during practice sessions and tournaments. I also managed and supervised practice sessions, scrimmages, and tournaments to promote individual growth in the fundamentals, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.

I have extensive experience investigating and assessing alerts relating to potential money laundering risks within organizations. My expertise includes ensuring efficient identification and monitoring of activities and transactions that are considered suspicious, as well as timely and efficient reporting of such transactions.On a daily basis, I conduct a thorough assessment of SWIFT and AML reports related to potential suspicious activity. I keep myself updated with the latest money laundering and terrorist financing behaviors, issues, policies, regulations, criminal typologies, industry best practices, and developing trends. This enables me to help identify potential weaknesses in processes and provide guidance to employees on what actions to take in dealing with high-risk accounts.I act as a subject matter expert to employees and provide advice to management on issues relating to correspondent banking. Additionally, I assist in addressing queries from corresponding banks relating to money laundering matters.One of my key strengths is conducting proper investigations of money laundering alerts or transactions considered suspicious. I ensure that all investigations are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent and detect money laundering within the organization.
