I joined a small, local manufacturing company specialised in outdoor signs and advertising materials. I took on multiple responsibilities along the way, learning as I went towards each of them. Starting with designing the products I moved on to coordinating with suppliers and the small production team. I learned Design Engineering and using Corel-Draw and Solidworks. During this time the company received a partnership investment and grew from 3 employees to over 25, adding also essential in-house technology like CNC Router, CNC Laser cutter and Large Format Digital Printer. I had the opportunity to learn the technology involved in all these machines and many more, and also operate them. Our products now included Illuminated displays for the beauty and tobacco industries, Floor Displays, Counter Displays and Digital signage.My responsibilities now included:- Communication with our account manager in Europe- Coordinating Design Engineering processes- Planning with Manufacturing department, Purchasing and Logistics, for 70% of the business.- Implementing new manufacturing and operational processes.I implemented inside the company an order management system, a bill of materials and costing solution, a personalised product data management system and Asana - a task management solution.

As a Freelancer I studied and learned to program and build websites using Wordpress and e-commerce websites using the Magento platform.Further developing my skills in this industry, I gained interest in the business process behind e-commerce and online retail industry and helped customers bring their business online.During this time I was actively building my skills in: Programming(PHP, RoR), web development, UI design(HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX), marketing, online marketing, SEO.I took on jobs for building ecommerce websites, fixing bugs and errors, adding new features to existing ones, maintaining existing websites, and many other related tasks like integrations of other platforms with magento (wordpress, payment modules, third party apps).

As a systems administrator i was responsible for maintaining the company network and IT infrastructure.These responsibilities included:- managing email and data storage servers- maintenance of workstations- maintenance and monitoring of the network- hardware and software repairs
