Working as a part of a very talented team responsible for powering-up the new ElSewedy Busway Factory.My job responsibilities there include:- Managing the installation of the new Factory Machines and fixtures.- Studying the feasibility of manufacturing new parts and designs created by technical team.- Planning & Ordering the required Tools & Consumables for different manufacturing departments.- Managing the production process closely and make sure the productivity of quality products is maximized.- Coordinating with other departments to make sure that all teams are on the same page and working under the same vision to reach the same goals.- Develop the manufacturing process by researching new solutions to increase productivity & Quality of products keeping in mind optimized cost of it.

My Tasks were as follows:1- Receiving the approved Electrical design and Bill of material from Electrical design team.2- Withdrawing the required material for the order from the warehouse.3- Assigning technicians and workers to different types of tasks, like: Fixing Control circuit components to pallets, Cutting-Stripping and crimping wires, Wiring different electrical components in Panels...etc.4- Designing the Control Circuit (if existent), and the measurement Circuit.5- Monitoring the technician/workers.After the Panels of a specific order are built, I'd inform the quality control team, so that they can test the finished panels.
