Worked for Buniyad Infrastructure, New Delhi, India  Working with project team to ensure server installation for new product and service launches. Installed, configure, and maintained Active Directory network infrastructure for Windows 2008. Created additional domains controllers as per the project plan requirement. Create user accounts & groups in Microsoft Exchange 2013. Providing Tier 1 and 2 Desktop and printer technical support to office users over the phone/ remotely and visit to users office. Provide troubleshooting and configuration of applications, software’s and Office suite/365 Managing Windows Server 2008 Active Directory Service Administrations. Maintaining domain controllers assigning securities and permissions to all users. Managing Email accounts for all users. Managing Group Policy, DHCP and DNS.

Worked for United Nations Mission in Sudan (UNMIS) IT Team Lead (from Feb 2013 to July 2010) Ensured all the request and incident tickets are answered within the SLA time. Trained newly appointed IT support staff on UNMIS workflow.  Installed new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, setting, directories, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Assisted in the migration project from Windows XP to Windows 7 was done in UNMIS HQ.LAN/ Network Technician (from June 2008 to June 2010) Planned network infrastructure cabling for new office sites and buildings Cat 5 cable Troubleshooted network ports and performed routine maintenance of cable tray and rack management Provided technical liaison between network management team and help desk, ensured quality control and customer service in line with service level agreement. Maintained excel data of static IP addresses of network devices.
