As the project coordinator, I held the responsability of operational aspects (including logistics and teaching activities) of custom trainings and I manage all actors involved in each project (clients, partners, faculty, staff, participants, and guests).Main Activities: - Working closely with multinational corporation on international training projects - Contributing to course design, client relationship management, project proposals and reports- Contributing to the design and execution of communication and marketing activities- Managing faculty, administrative staff, guest speakers, participants and external partners, to guarantee an effective customized learning experience- Managing project tasks and training activities- Organizing special events (i.e. conferences, graduation ceremonies, etc.)

As research fellow I have been in charge of sports-related researches and academic projects, and I had a key role in the organization of institutional events. Main Projects and Activities:- FIFA Master Coordinator (International Master in Management, Law, and Humanities of Sport): coordination with partner institutions - De Montfort University (UK) and Université de Neuchâtel (CH) -, faculty and guest speakers management, organization of class activities, company visits and events- Event with UEFA “The Value of the UEFA Champions League Final: Bringing Stakeholders to the Ultimate Stage”: management of relationships with UEFA, guests and speakers, coordination of the logistics, support to the communication campaign- Strategic plan FIJLKAM (Italian Federation Judo, Lotta, Karate, Arti Marziali): identification of strategic priorities and actions through qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis- Microsoft Dynamics Academy Coordinator: events planning, stakeholders and clients management, candidates, participants and faculty management, coordination of the partner companies involved in the project, support to the communication campaign- Sport Knowledge Center: content creation and support to the strategic plan of the SKC.

Diagramma Srl is leader in the Corporate Sport and Entertainment Hospitality industry in Italy. As intern for the communication and marketing department, my main activities were: support to the planning and organization of corporate hospitality events, customer satisfaction and event profitability analysis, creation of company’s presentations, social and website management.
