Create/run/maintain automated test cases for Test Master based on specifications; automate test sets for production and test environment with customized runs for all clients. Generate the bank payment file required for the test payment and adapt it to be validated in the payment lifecycle. Creation of the scenario required for the new functional release as OOFX/Money Market/Money Transfer/DTAZV and all set needed for the test campaign (client/customer/portfolio/forex account)

Build and maintain excellent customer relationships by developing and applying excellent technical and customer service skills. Maintain and work on open product related cases, focusing on root cause analysis and troubleshooting. Communicate with customers to ensure best use of product. Test specific case with Jmeter, find best solution for customer, liaise with developers. Produce report to indicate features and bugs that need to be prioritised for resolution.

Qualification and evaluation of all equipments present in production for ticketing system public transport: TVM, POST, Validator, Gates, Terminal Control. Analysis and planning of tests, integration / validation / verification / stress / performance testing of various SW releases, interfacing with developers / suppliers / clients and reporting of all issues. Detailed organization of the various FAT. Work with method AGILE and SCRUM and LEAN.

Generation of configuration parameters for all equipment in the ticketing system (validators, selling machines, selling devices, terminal control, gates), correction activity files, analysis of bug SW, planning release SW and backup correct version (test new version with stress test). Mechanical reparation of 1st and 2nd level, support in field and by phone with weekly/monthly report in English.
