SERVE Hospitality Group is a multi-unit franchisee of Tropical Smoothie Café - dominating the Detroit, Chicago, Madison and Milwaukee markets. SERVE employs over 600 people and has grown at more than 120% for the last 3 years. Salem was first attracted to franchising because of the ability to scale systematically.
