About Us SERVE Hospitality Group began operations in December 2015, opening our first Tropical Smoothie Café in June 2016. In July 2019, SERVE Hospitality Group was officially established following a significant investment in resources to support regional expansion. Today, we are proud to be one of the largest and highest-performing Tropical Smoothie Café franchisees in the Midwest. In 2024, we expanded our portfolio by adding 7 Brew Coffee, an energetic and fun brand we’re thrilled to introduce to Michigan.
