• Provide relevant IT systems training to staff as and when needed.• Vendor management: Manage the relationship with IT and related vendors to ensure Shamal Group is getting a quality and efficient service.• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time. Audit systems and assess their outcomes.• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures. Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.• Take an active role in the planning stages of each project taken on by the Company, understanding end-user requirements and making recommendations on cost-effective IT solutions which meet all requirements.
