An independent estate agent located in Ealing. I am responsible for drumming up new business, hitting targets and achieving the best possible price for our clients, whilst motivating and training my team. Being a new business it’s key to adapt to changes as the company grows, I have been essential in implementing new procedures and policies to ensure we reach the business needs.

Excellent Team Leader setting daily incentive targets (with prizes), provide engaging and interesting briefings, allocating daily duties, covering staff absence from both my team and other teams, payroll, recruitment and staff inductions.Motivating my team, managing performance, training and if necessary dealing with disciplinary issues.Ability to multi-task and deliver results within a fast pace environment.Managing multiple departments and working in line with budgets. Adapting staffing levels accordingly.Accurate at cashing out, creating staff rotas, absence records, responding to the dailyinbox of Guest enquiries, complaints and lost property.The ability to remain calm and function logically under pressure when dealing with guest enquires feedback and complaints to achieve a high level of customer service.Often Duty Manager of both Guest Services and Admissions this means I have to ensure the operation is running smoothly whilst ensuring disabled guests have clear knowledge about what is available to them in the park as well as dealing with all escalated complaints.Generally ensuring the park is presented to a high standard. Making sure that the team have all the equipment needed which includes stock control. Ensuring that the park is opening and closing on time and that we are prepared.Deal with profit protection such as false tickets, stolen credit cards. This includes working with external companies as well as making sure that the team know what to look out for.

While working as bar staff I had a number of duties, including making cocktails both alcoholic & non-alcoholic, daily waitressing duties and upselling food and drink.
