Delivering short courses to customers looking to engage and participate in work experience , in order to gain valuable skills to take forwards . Four weeks in centre covering various subjects including communication, Heath,listening , team work , cv and cover , interviews etc and the a further four weeks in work experience putting the skills into practice and gaining experience within a work place

I have been seconded to the ESF Family Support programme to work with families who have a history or worklessness to overcome barriers , offering help and support to be able to get to a position of searching and securing sustainable employment ,offering ongoing in work support .
