I am a Certified Dementia Practitioner seasoned with 30 years in the industry. I am a champion for change in Alzheimer’s public policy and elder justice, to the degree of facilitating change in memory care protocol via Georgia state regulations and earning the trust of the courts for a Conservatorship appointment. I work as the Elder Care Paralegal for the Elder Law Section of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, with a focus on crisis intervention, general case management, placement assistance, dementia consultation, Conservatorships/Guardianships and public benefits eligibility and attainment (especially related to LTSS Medicaid and VA Pension).
