I provided workforce development and documentation support for the Boise Facilities department my entire career at Micron. I also supported the other major sites providing training, documentation, facilitation of software deployment and leadership development workshops. I have a passion to provide effective training and documentation to promote collaboration and efficiencies.

My primary responsibilities were providing documentation and training support for Boise Facilities. Some of my duties included: Analysis, design, creation and delivery of training. This consists of presentations, job aids, and assessments. Additional duties were documentation support, leadership development and project management.

Chaired a convention for a four state area held in Boise in June 2006 and again in 2014
