Projects worked on at Citrix include: Replacement of the existing MSP solution in the Vodafone Italy network. I successfully managed all phases of this highly-complex, fast-paced, dynamic, technical project for eight production sites and one test site. This included deploying MMS, WAP1/WAP2, push proxy gateway, cloud browsing, media caching, business reporting dashboard, element manager and data loader, 3rd party integration, additional hardware, and upgrading the optimization & traffic management software. I was responsible for planning, budget, resourcing, stakeholder management and managing the customer relationship.Optimization & traffic management software upgrade I managed the deployment of optimization & traffic management software and additional hardware capacity into VFIT network (supporting VF-Malta and VF-Albania). This included successfully delivered the project from design through to operational acceptance, six production sites and one test site. I also managed the complexity of 3rd party integration, cloud browsing functionality, media caching, business reporting dashboard, element management system and data loader. As part of my work on this project I completely turned around dysfunctional customer relationship, changed their perception, rebuilt trust as demonstrated by the high customer satisfaction scores
