Brighton Mass vaccination centre is the largest mass vaccination site in Sussex I work alongside the head of operations covering this role in their absence. The role includes all operational aspects of the nhs vaccine roll out, stock control including vaccine delivery, daily reports on client attendance and non attendance, IT, client and staff liaison to include working closely with the clinical leads to deliver an efficient patient journey and vaccine delivery programme.

Director of operations for group takeover of a hotel. The aim was to increase turnover in a 3 year period in order to uplift the accounts to match the vendors desired purchase price. Responsible for all daily operational duties of the hotel. Staff rostering, training, event management, working with suppliers client liaison and over all responsibility for risk management and health and safety. In our first 6 months we increased turnover by 15% along with overseeing a refurbishment programme and changing direction of the hotel from a traditional coach hotel to attracting new guests and non guests to the restaurant. The restaurant was noted to be one of the best new restaurants in Eastbourne. In our short tenure we became no. 3 hotel on Tripadvisor. Unfortunately due to covid we have had no option but to close the doors after an extremely successful first 6 months.
