I have been part of Premiere Klasse - luxury kitchens and bathrooms, since its conception, playing an instrumental part in the brand and showroom design. I work with clients in a collaborative manner, conceptualising their initial ideas into a cohesive and creative design, with an aim to exceed their expectations both in terms of the outcome of their bathroom but also their experience of the process in achieving it.Previously I have been involved in starting various businesses including a gymwear brand, a vehicle repair enterprise, a nutrition retail outlet. I also had a successful personal training business for a number of years before returning back to my initial passion for design, which taught me a great deal in how to read and interact with customers, overcoming fears and objections and establishing what their true objectives were and their why? Running my own businesses was a great learning experience, which I now carry forward in my career.
