Seeking own leads via the internet within the Tourism sector. Cold calling to sell advertising on an unfinished website that doesn't appear in general Google searches.... Attempting to hit unrealistic dial targets (150 dials per working day) alongside researching leads and sending contact emails. Working as hard as possible in a pressured environment to hit unachievable sales targets in order to earn commission that was implied at interview to be very achievable.
