As a key intermediary between Tasplan's administrator (AAS), external IT developers, marketing, services and compliance departments, I have a broad range of duties both project-based and ongoing in nature. These include, but are not limited to:- development and management of business rules, policies and procedures- involved in the member online access portal and administration platforms builds- website development and management in conjunction with an external provider, including use of the SilverStripe CMS system- development of financial calculators with external providers- preparation of product disclosure statements and financial services guides- development of forms, fact sheets and guides for member and employer use- MySuper and choice product dashboards- compliance with fund disclosure requirements- contribute to and/or review member and employer engagement campaign proposals from a technical, compliance and stakeholder management perspective- staff training on super, retirement planning, quality service provision, investments, insurance, tax etc.- product and service development- investment research submissions to SuperRatings, Morningstar, ChantWest etc.
