Organised door and port shipments (wholesale & retail) for all FAK imports, into all ports of Australia and looked after each shipment from start to finish.Maintained contact with existing customers and gave feedback to the sales manager, including any new sales leads.Prepared all quotes for overseas agents and local customers, and followed up new bookings and routings with overseas agents.Responsible for maintaining the FAK tariff and updating rates when the market moves (GRI's, PSS etc), including updating and extending rates in EDI. Responsible for implementing and utilising the company tariff section in EDI.Created FAK procedures and responsible for staff training and supervision.Closing all FAK import shipments to meet monthly profit targets.

Running the NVOCC department of NYK Line.Organising door and port shipments for general cargo imports (air freight and sea freight), using the Ulysses computer system.
