Conduct analysis in support of ASC Materiel Integrators (MI), Unit Integrators (UI), and Materiel Support Branch (MSB) to find sourcing solutions to equipment shortages, resulting in increased equipment on hand percentages and enhanced war fighting capabilities for Army units. Serve as Decision Support Tool (DST) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and make sound recommendations to process internal and cross ACOM Proposed Sourcing Decisions (PSD) aimed at addressing command equipment shortages, redistributing excess, and divesting equipment on the Army’s Master Divestiture List (MDL).

Ensure end user test plans are created.As a member of the Army Mobility Asset Tracking System (AMATS) project team, I am responsible for meeting agendas, minutes, due outs and issue tracking. Track delivery of project equipment to its end use sites.Provide assistance in the Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) program by entering requests for needed system replacement items.

Tracking units that are projected to induct equipment into RESET and Left Behind Equipment (LBE) programs in upcoming quarters and fiscal year. Provide input regarding which Source of Repair (SOR) the equipment will be maintained at upon induction. Organize workload plans by quarter and fiscal year which is published and shared with Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) and Logistics Readiness Division (LRD). Attend quarterly Workload Validation Workshops to meet with involved parties in this process and ensure that appropriate SOR decisions are made. The result of validation helps to ensure proper funding is provided to SORs. As induction of equipment occurs, updates to workload plans are also facilitated to cover equipment that was not previously reported.

Work ASCP Planning recommendations to prepare Purchase Orders. Approve invoices for payment. Communicate regularly with supply base: obtain product and service information, pricing, availability and delivery of material. Identify areas for improvement and work with appropriate IT and Engineering staff to implement improvements to processes and OAS system. Correspond regularly with offshore suppliers.

During Post-Go-Live of ERP project provided system and process knowledge as well as problem solving skills to help manage through a challenging system transition period. Provided assistance and input on various projects /issues including but not limited to Lot Control correction, WIP task team and implementation of Content Services document management system. Took part in the Purchasing Cost Reduction team in regard to the Outside Processing area to achieve previously mentioned savings to the company. Helped to prepare and update for the 2007 ISO audit.

Transmitted all Domestic Purchase Orders to supply base. Obtained and reviewed confirmations from suppliers. With the opening of Trinity Logistics Corporation, utilized new software (such as PaperPort and RightFax) to improve the communication of Purchase Orders to supply base drastically reducing paper use and document loss in this area. Performed receipt entry of Drop Shipments as well as entry and communication of Inventory Process (IP) orders to secondary operation suppliers. Participated in selection process for ERP project. Became part of ERP Core Team and helped to implement the Work In Process (WIP) module as well as areas of the Purchasing module. Wrote Tutor documents in order to provide clear and thorough documentation of ISO procedures, instructions and reference documents.

Expedited International Purchase Orders. Obtained quotes. Built In-transit shipments in FACTS system. Receipt entry of International shipments.

Organized and set up file systems, took and distributed meeting minutes, distributed memos and information to committee members. Developed correspondence and assisted several nurse managers.

Design and layout of granite monuments, signs and boulders. Consisted of customer corroboration to develop their wishes into the design. Monu-Cad design system used. Occasional sales and fork lift driving.
