I am a Non Executive Director, Advisory Board Member, Chair and Executive General Manager with over fifteen years of board level and executive experience with particular expertise in Strategy, Publishing, Marketing and Media. I love to innovate, implement customer-obsessed and insights-led, strategies, invest in technology to drive revenue and/or efficiencies, deliver engaging, world-class omnichannel content and commercial strategies. As co-founder of Medium Rare Content Agency, I partnered with News Corp and Gerry Reynolds (Executive Director and Co-Founder) to create Australia’s leading content agency. I hired and led award-winning content, campaign and commercial teams for Australia's leading brands including Qantas, Jetstar, Bunnings, David Jones, Coles, CA ANZ, Officeworks, Foxtel, Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand and AICD (to name a few). We grew the company to a $50M+ turnover with over 200 staff (85% female), led the purchase of another agency to enlarge the services, expanded the business to New Zealand, and successfully sold the business to News Corp in June 2022.I am a First Believer who is actively supporting Australia and New Zealand's founder community to be successful.
