Through Minty Green Consulting Ltd: Change Management Associate with Arthur D. Little on the ‘Communications and Collaboration’ project at Coral. The project introduced Single Sign On and migrated 3,500 people from MS Exchange to G Suite (now Google Workspace) within four weeks prior to the merger with Ladbrokes and an additional 16,000 post-merger.Within two days of starting the role, I had designed, sourced and managed delivery of change collateral.After creating the communications plans for both UK and worldwide regions, I was copywriter and content creator for all material, working closely with the Internal Communications division.In addition, I delivered G Suite classroom training sessions and facilitated "Ways of Working" innovation workshops across the UK.

In addition, I designed and delivered the process for managing bookings, collated and analysed attendee feedback (qualitative and quantitive) for continuous improvement and created online content for the intranet and website.
