With a background in marketing and logistics, Sally has had a varied career within the tourism, business events and private sectors.During her 15-year career within the tourism industry she held senior positions in the Asian inbound sector and lead the trade events department for tourism’s peak body, Tourism Australia.Sally’s contribution to the tourism and business events industry has included, the promotion and development of the Asian incentive market, delivering international trade shows (including The Australian Tourism Exchange and Dreamtime), to being actively involved in the transition of promoting Australia internationally into the digital age.Sally left the industry in 2005 to raise a family and develop other skills, including 5 years within the legal industry, to managing and establishing the family business, Cominos Olive Groves, as a leading producer of Queensland Extra Virgin Olive Oil and olive-based products.She is an active member on a number of local Greek cultural and fundraising committees. She returned to tourism and business events working with Mayvin Global since 2013.
