• I provided extensive data analytic support to a large regulatory investigation involving US Sanctions. The DB was used concurrently by 50 users to update existing records.• At RBS bank I was the data lead in a large scale PPI remediation exercise. The project required data from multiple service lines at the bank. I lead my team to identify, extract, validate, cleanse and profile the data before it was consolidated for ad’hoc reporting for the investigators. • I was the Business Analyst for a new Case Management System required for a remediation project. at another major bank. I was responsible for gathering user requirements, communicating with developers and managing user expectations • I worked with a large team at a major high street bank to build a central data repository to centralise their data. I used Teradata to manipulate data from legacy systems to fit into the new data repository • I was the lead data architect for the low code applications we built in Outsystems for our clients. In each engagement I was responsible for how the data was to be stored and consumed in a multi-application environment.
