• Developed and delivered on Sales Systems roadmap to automate and streamline reporting and data management processes.
• Project managed delivery of territory management database: the single point of reference for field-force personnel, alignments and eligibility. Enabling consistency of reporting and bonus calculations.
• Project managed delivery of data warehouse and on demand front end reporting for in market data and direct sales. This enabled the move from manual weekly reporting calendar to automated reporting available on demand.
• Business Lead for migration of CRM to Salesforce.com 1200 users. Implementation included Iphone deployment, integration with Trillium Data Cleaning process and interfaces to Business Intelligence and territory.
• Drove rapid adoption of CRM by designing initiatives with Training team, Sales Management, Local Admins and Divisional Sales Operations Managers.

• New role of CRM analyst created to build and manage a common CRM platform and lead the transition for all EU markets.
• Requirements gathering from 8 legacy systems and teams, to determine and agree core features and functionality.
• Project lead for functional design, data transition and testing.
• Rolled out 365 users across 14 countries by designing and delivering training program.
• Trained and managed virtual local administrator team, vital for end-user support in each market.
• Developed productivity reporting and dashboarding: KPIs harmonised across divisions.

Joined this start-up operation to grow the European arm of a US based globalisation company. Responsible for all support functions: HR, Marketing, IT and Finance.

Working on projects to improve internal processes and systems, role expanded to Office Manager, additional responsibilities included management of internal and external facilities and administrative teams.
