Hi, I have a passion to improve mental health and well-being to combat the stress of busy working lives from being overwhelming by using mindful meditative techniques to help improve the lives of people in every walk of life. With 18 years of experience in education both as a teaching assistant and as a teacher, I have seen an increase, year on year of children suffering with poor mental health. I’ve seen teachers suffering stress and parents asking for support. Life is very busy and is constantly evolving with the aid of technology and a fast pace of life. There are great expectations made of everyone who are, in my opinion, heading for complete burn out. I aim to go some way to prevent this. I will help people to develop a way forward by using mindfulness and meditation in hand with other complementary therapies, and will tailor make their own action plan for moving their mindset towards a calmer, kinder, more stress free approach to life. I offer small groups to support people in their quest to help one another in their own well-being. Tailoring to the individual needs and requirements.I also offer individual support to people looking for relief with anxiety and stress relief in their personal and working environment. Building confidence and self esteem in the workplace and at home.I also offer meditation and wellbeing packages to small/medium businesses to help embed well-being and mindfulness within the corporate sector. Giving ourselves the tools to achieve good well-being and mental health enables us to live that one life we have, to the best of our ability.
