Key Responsibilities:-• Design Review for fire alarm detection, firefighting,HVAC system Plumbing & electrical system• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site.• Checking bill of respective vendors.• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc. required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.• Snagging & Disengaging.• Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all mechanical groups at site.• Coordinate with JE & VEE Infrastructure regarding site execution issues.• Client mitting & co-ordination with Design consultant.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for verification & control of MEP designs, installation, billings for residential tower of G+24 Floors (Total 4 Towers – 2 ongoing). Coordinate with contracts, planning, engineering & design team for all approvals and achieve progress with Quality & Safety Conduct meetings with vendors / contractors for project progress, coordination and development. Escalate critical issues, deviations or delays to contractors and management. Ensure timely submission of TDS, Drawings, MST, MAR by contractors and verify and control project documentation. Responsible for coordination of MEP contractors and ensure clash free installations.
